ISH has designed and developed a bespoke leadership programme for the Leaders Development Institute (LDI), part of the Ministry of Sport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

LDI’s mission is to develop individuals and institutions across the sports sector, and its vision to enable excellence in sport.

The inaugural programme, launched in January 2026, is designed to nurture and develop future sport leaders, for a cohort of students across the Ministry of Sport network.
